Libby's 100wc - week 3...
I was walking home from school when I heard footsteps behind me i stopped and slowly turned around i saw a dark black figure i quickly spun back around i carried on and i heard the trembling footsteps again i started to run i glanced behind the figure was chasing me. i ran for my life. i turn on the bridge quick and sharply trying to lose the figure but he was still there i ran down the bridge i heard the crumbling bridge underneath my feet i was at the edge of the bridge should i jump or should i get captured.

Ahhhh get captured! Maybe it's just your teacher chasing you with the homework you left behind on your desk!
ReplyDeleteGreat tension Libby. The figure the footsteps the fear all create a terrific mood to your writing. To get the most out of your meaning you might want to edit by re-reading what you've written out loud to see how it sounds (try to only breathe where you've used punctuation then you'll know if it's in the right places). Great suspenseful work Libby, keep it up!
